            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

If this is your first time working out I highly suggest you choose this option! Form and technique are key when it comes to working out and building a solid foundation. You can lift all the weight in the world and not obtain your desired results because of poor form. You can also acheive great results by lifting lighter weights, the right way! 

            GROUP TRAINING

 

Group training consist of small groups of 2-6 people. You can bring someone with you or we can schedule you into the group training class.  Email for class schedules.

            ONLINE TRAINING

 

Online personal training service includes: 

  • Meal Plan

  • Carb Cycle (included in meal plan)

  • Cardio Plan

  • Resistance Training Plan (i.e weight lifting)

  • Weekly check ins and adjustments to meal plan for the first 4 weeks
